Shipping policy

The item was a collection item, we live in the same village. The customer can collect the item from my address just that my 11 year old daughter forgot on the last day of school to drop it off at School. The hoodie is a FULLY personalised item - school details (full class detail names on the back) and also the customers chosen name on the front.
