Terms and conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from By Mummy's Hand. By purchasing you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. This includes all purchases made via the website, social media and in person sales.
Working Hours
Working days and hours are not specified and will alter on a weekly basis. 9-3pm weekdays is my usual availability, however this can differ. All correspondence will be replied to at the earliest convenience unless during weekends, this will be done on Monday mornings.
Order Processing Times.
As all our items are handmade to order (unless stated otherwise), once payment has been received please allow up to 3 weeks for it to be completed. Although this is usually much sooner. If you require an order for a specific deadline, before this timescale, please send me a message before ordering and I will let you know if this is possible.
Return Policy
Custom Items: Custom made items are exempt from the consumer contract regulations, the only exception being is if they're faulty.
We endeavour to offer the best customer service possible, and if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us as we aim to have very happy customers.
Prices
Prices are subject to change at any time but are correct at the time of posting. Any glitches, typos or errors are not required to be honoured. If an error is discovered at any time with regards to the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you at the earliest convenience, and give you the option to amend your order to the correct price, or cancel your order all together. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date. All prices are in pounds (£) and do not include postage unless stated otherwise.
Vinyl Items
Products Are Not Dishwasher Safe due to materials used. Vinyl items will peel if the temperature of the water is too hot. Warm soapy water, handwash and no scrubbing of the vinyl as this will damage the longevity of your items. Printed items are much more durable.
Photography
All photographs are my own, unless otherwise stated.
All orders may be photographed and used for examples, across all By Mummy's Hand social media unless against safeguarding and GDPR regulations, including website, Facebook or Instagram. If you wish to not have your order used for promotional use, please let us know instantly.
By Mummy's Hand is a fully insured business, documents can be provided at any time and also a fully registered business according to state policies.
Apparel
Please ensure you use the size guide to ensure you are ordering the correct size needed. Sizes may diff from one clothing item to the next, unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for any clothing items that do not fit correctly and no refunds will be given once personalised.
All clothing orders will include a washing instructions sheet, these directions must be followed to ensure the quality of your clothing item is maintained.
These instructions include:
Wash inside out.
Do not use fabric softener.
Wash at 40’c or below.
Do not iron direct onto decal, reverse ironing preferable.
Not suitable for the tumble dryer.
Customs orders
I love accepting custom orders and will always try my best to create what you are looking for. Contact me with your ideas on my socials and I will give you a quote based upon the ideas you discuss. Variations
Please note that designs/materials are subject to availability, where requested if we do not have the exact materials to achieve the design requested, a suitable alternative will be used, this will be to notified to our customers as soon as the change will potentially be made so if any issues arrive it can be done prior to the stock ordering process. Please note that colours/designs of items may appear differently from what photographs display, due to filters, lighting, and photo edits.
